Liberty Specialty Markets named Sarah Howell head of claims for the U.Okay. and the Center East and North Africa area.
Howell will report back to Mike Gillett, chief claims officer, Liberty Worldwide Insurance coverage, and Luis Prato, president, U.Okay. and MENA. She succeeds Scott Kellers, who left the enterprise in April.
Howell will lead the claims operate throughout the U.Okay. and MENA area.
