Global insurance brokerage Lockton has appointed Lewis Morgan as Regional Head of Human Resources for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), reinforcing its people leadership as the company continues to expand its footprint across the region.
Based in Dubai, Morgan assumes an expanded role overseeing the firm’s regional people strategy, with responsibility for aligning talent, leadership and workforce initiatives across Lockton’s MENA operations.
Morgan has built his career in HR leadership across the insurance and financial services sectors, with expertise spanning strategic HR business partnering, employee relations, talent development and organisational design. Prior to taking on his regional remit at Lockton, he held senior HR roles within the company and previously served as Senior HR Business Partner at Atrium Underwriters.
His contributions to the profession were recognised at the 2023 London Market People Awards, where he was honoured for his work in HR and learning and development.
